Psychological First Aid: Five Year Retrospective (2011-2016)

Given the interest in and widespread use of PFA since the launch of the WHO guidance, the IASC Reference Group on MHPSS in Emergencies has continually reflected on how PFA is understood and applied in various contexts. The five-year retrospective of its application was proposed by the Reference Group in 2015 and taken up by member organisations Church of Sweden and World Vision International in 2016.
