Central Asian and European Network Forum 2026

Hosted by the Czech Red Cross in Prague, Czech Republic

In the context of the Forum the MHPSS Hub will support the organising of a pre-forum workshop on Tuesday 3rd November 14:00 – 17:00 (CET) to Wednesday 4th November 9:00 – 12:00 (CET) on “Changing the Agenda: Prioritising MHPSS through Advocacy”

The workshop will be a space to 1) define advocacy goals, 2) identify the target audience and map stakeholders and influencers, 3) develop an advocacy and humanitarian diplomacy plan, including advocacy messages and selected advocacy tactics and channels. National Societies attending will be engaged in this practical activity based on their own advocacy needs, with the outcome of a tailored advocacy plan. Before the workshop, participants are encouraged to compile the information relevant to context analysis and problem definition. A Template for this purpose will be shared in advance.

Facilitated by Dr. Carmen Valle-Trabadelo, Head of Humanitarian Diplomacy, Communications and Research Team, Red Cross Red Crescent Movement MHPSS Hub
