This guide supports facilitators to deliver the Weathering Change program, which is designed to help young people (aged 11–18) build knowledge, skills, and confidence to stay safe before, during, and after disasters and climate-related hazards. It is a resource of the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement, for use by National Societies and partners in any country.
This facilitator guide was developed as part of the Climate Competent (CliC) Project, which aims to strengthen young people’s preparedness for climate-related hazards and disasters through participatory education, psychosocial support, first aid, and climate action learning.
