In low-resource settings, e-mental health may substantially increase access to evidence-based interventions for common mental disorders. This systematic review and metaanalysis aimed to provide the latest evidence on the efficacy of digital interventions in reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression and improving the quality of life among individuals in LMICs. The findings testify to the generalisability of the effectiveness of digital psychological interventions for depression and anxiety beyond high-income countries.
