The IFRC Psychosocial Centre is looking for a strong manager to join our small but international team in Copenhagen. In this position, you will independently manage a portfolio of complex, multi-annual projects, including a consortium. You will collaborate with highly talented and dedicated PS Centre co-workers and external peers from universities, civil society, Red Cross and Red Crescent societies, private companies, governmental entities and the EC. You will have ample opportunity to use and hone your skills in leading and facilitating collaboration between peers that are at the top of their game in a broad variety of fields and specializations. Together, you will tackle some of societies’ most burning issues.
You will lead the successful implementation of our engagements in international, large-scale research and innovation projects in the cross-sections between mental health, migration, integration, and education. As an internal stakeholder to the partnership and fundraising efforts you also have the responsibility and opportunity to influence the direction, focus and content of future projects.
