Journal Club session with Dr. Jessica E. Lambert, Senior Researcher DIGNITY – Danish Institute Against Torture.
The session will be moderated by Dr. Yasin Duman from the MHPSS Hub.
The session will explore the challenges of addressing mental health and psychosocial needs among youth in the Occupied Palestinian Territories. We’ll examine known barriers from both research and practice and discuss gaps in evidence and cultural relevance and ethical concerns around conducting research and delivering care in a crisis setting. The goal is to reflect on how future efforts can balance rigorous evaluation with the urgent need to support vulnerable children and youth.
