Closing 2024: Farewell to the IFRC PS Centre, Welcome to the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement MHPSS Hub

2024 has been a truly remarkable year for the IFRC Reference Centre for Psychosocial Support. This summer, we celebrated 30 years of impactful work with an international conference, reflecting on past achievements and exploring future challenges. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated in celebrating the PS Centre’s 30th anniversary earlier this year!

2024 has also been a year of laying the essential groundwork for an exciting expansion of the PS Centre. We are thrilled to share that, as of January 1, 2025, the IFRC PS Centre will officially transform into the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement MHPSS Hub. This transformation presents unique opportunities to advance mental health and psychosocial support across the Movement while staying true to our shared mission.

Your ongoing support has been invaluable in making this transformation possible, and we look forward to continuing our partnership in the year ahead.
